I thought I would get a Bible that was easy to read, and this one is it. I am reading the complete Bible through for the new year and wanted something different besides the KJV. I wear bi-focals and the print is still okay for me to read without straining my eyes. There isn't any reference verses, or distractions, so it is easy to read through. I didn't have a lot of money to spend either this time, so this was a great value. It is paperback, so I handle it with care to make it last a long time.

I don't have a problem with the translation of this Bible, I love it for the younger elementary kids at my church. However, I purchased quite a few to put in our church classrooms and found out when they arrived that the Table of Contents is awful especially for kids just learning how to navigate scripture. I had to make my own table of contents, print it onto a large sticker and add it into the front cover. Will not be buying this again. (Also pages have started falling out but it is kind of to be expected with heavy use by younger kids)
